More or Less: 2017

I've never been good at resolutions. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about writing down my goals as little reminders of the things I'd like to accomplish, and I love the idea of a fresh start at the beginning of the new year. 

But more than likely you won't find me with a typical resolution list, as I feel like I'm often left feeling discouraged at the end of a long year if I haven't completed the things I put on my initial list. I find it easier to focus on the things that I want more of in my life, and in opposition, the things I'd like to do less of. 

2017 is going to be a whirlwind of a year and my more or less list looks a little different then it may have in the past. So here are some things I want more and less of in my upcoming year. 

More tea...Less coffee (HA! except when baby comes in a couple months then all bets are off.)

More making time for the people that truly care about me and my family...less wasting energy on those that simply pretend to. 

More yoga...Less stress. 

More picture taking...Less social media.

More books, music, art, culture...Less TV. 

More adventures.

More dating my husband. 

More prepping for baby's arrival. 

More naps while I've still got the time. 

Less worrying about things that are out of my control. 

Less wondering what this little babe of ours will look like (we're just 15 weeks away from holding her in our arms). 

Less saying yes to things I don't really want to do.
